Bright Brit Sunshine prances into the room. Light bouncing off windows panes. Her shining smile melts all gloom. ‘Rejoice with me,’ she hastens to say. A lucky rhythm pops up one day. Bright delight, with easy elegance Enduring youth while we fade to gray. ‘Remember me,’ and she glances away. Empty-armed loved ones aching sore, Earthly teardrops shout lonely pain, Love notes sent to paradise shores. ‘But I hold you still,’ she explains. She sashays just beyond embraces, Beyond our dismal blue terrestrial view. A magic sprite among yellow blooms: ‘See me dancing, singing in morning dew.’ Sky sweeping, she lights in grieving hearts. Soothing unclaimed regions of unnamed pain Whispering sweet spirit words of calm and comfort: ‘You can always hold me here,’ she softly exclaims.
